Objective The examination of the organs of trade companies, which are also legal entities; the identification and discussion of issues that are reflected in doctrine and in judicial decisions concerning the organs of companies.

Course Learning Outcomes The students learn the theoretical legal knowledge about the organs of trade companies; and also obtain information in theoretical and practical legal debates.
