Objective The objective of this course is to offer students a comprehensive understanding of contract drafting involving international elements, the challenges that can emerge from such contracts, and various methods to resolving disputes that may arise.
Content In the context of this course, we will explore the entire process of international contract preparation, from inception to termination, and delve into various methods for resolving disputes that may arise along the way.
Course Learning Outcomes By the conclusion of this course, students will possess a solid understanding of the concept of international contracts and the complete life cycle that such contracts undergo.
Teaching and Learning Methods This course comprises both theoretical lectures and student-prepared presentations.
