Objective The objective of the course is to make students acquire the capacities and aptitudes stated under the title “Course Learning Outcomes”
Content The course content is stated under the title "Subject Headings"
Course Learning Outcomes -Analytical skills necessary for the understanding of the framework on civil liberties within which the law-enforcement takes place
-Skills for a thorough understanding of the transparency of administrative procedures and decisions making processes
-Understanding the exclusivity of the administrative function; and the ‘principle of legality’ with respect to administrative powers
-Understanding the principles and legal regime governing the liability of administration, and lawsuits for damages on the grounds of administrative liability
-Analytical understanding of the administrative and judicial review mechanisms
-Comprehension of the substance, objective and effects of procedural rules for judicial review
-Analytical comparison of the powers of civil and administrative judges
-Skills for the analysis of the judgments of administrative courts
