1. Skills for finding, reading and understanding the relevant legislation 2. Contemporary interpretation skills to enable students to understand the structure of modern administrations 3. Analytical skills to grasp the social function of the public service. 4. Analytical skills necessary for the understanding of the framework on civil liberties within which the law-enforcement takes place 5. Understanding the legal regime for public servants, and the relationship between public servants and citizens 6. Understanding the regime for public goods 7. Skills for the comprehension of the objectives and effects of legal regimes for nationalizations and privatizations |
