Objective The primary objective of this course is to provide students with comprehensive knowledge of various dispute resolution mechanisms relevant to international commercial disputes, as well as a thorough understanding of the legal notions commonly encountered within this field.
Content Throughout the course, each week will focus on a distinct legal notion pertinent to international commercial disputes. Within this framework, we will analyze the corresponding dispute resolution methods.
Course Learning Outcomes By the end of this course, students will possess a comprehensive understanding of the diverse dispute resolution mechanisms to resolve international commercial disputes, as well as a deep familiarity with the legal notions commonly encountered in practice.
Teaching and Learning Methods This course comprises both theoretical lectures and student-prepared presentations.
