Objectif du Cours Dersin amacı öğrencilerin yönetim kuramındaki temel düşünce akımlarını, kuramları ve tartışmaları öğrenmelerini sağlamaktır
Contenus
Acquis d'Apprentissage du Cours Dersi başarıyla tamamlayan öğrenci:

1.Örgüt kuramındaki temel kavramsal çerçeveyi, başlıca tartışma ve gelişmeleri bilebilmelidir.
2.Farklı okumalardaki ortak noktaları ve fikir ayrılıklarını bulabilmeli bunları analitik bir çerçeve içinde birleştirebilmelidir.
3.ÖK kapsamında yeni bir kuram geliştiren ya da varolan kuramların çatışan yönlerini ele alan bir makale yazabilmelidir.
4.Akademik dergilerin hakemlik sürecinde yer alabilmelidir.
5.Akademik ahlakı içselleştirmiş olmalıdır.
