Objective The objective of this course is to give a presentation of the Turkish-EU relations to the level of master. In this connection, it should be recalled that the Turkish-EU relations has two different logics. The premiere is the logic of assocation which covers between 1963-1999. The second logical one is the logic of adhesion which starts in 1999. The students will be informed on various points of these two logics.

Course Learning Outcomes the student who followed and successfully completed the course, :

1) To obtain information about the relationship between the EU-Turkey partnership.
2) knowledge about Turkey's EU accession process.
3) will have informationon official documents and on institutional structures of the EU-Turkey relations
Teaching and Learning Methods The sessions are largely composed of lectures and discussions on the weekly readings. These two elements require regular attendance of students and texts. Class time will be given a description of the readings on a weekly basis.
