Objective

The objective is to present equality principle, surveillance of the employee at the workplace, protection of employee’s private life, mobbing, collective labour law and collective employment contract.

Course Content

Equality principle, surveillance of the employee at the workplace, protection of employee’s fundamental social rights and private life, mobbing, syndical law and collective employment contract will be analysed.

Course Learning Outcomes
