Objective

Present the different aspects of development economics, from a theoretical and empirical angle.

Course Content

The course presents an overview of development in the world, the theories underlying development policies and their various economic and social dimensions.

Course Learning Outcomes

Knowledge of the evolution of development issues and the theories underlying development economics. Analyze empirical data relative to the different aspects of development.
