Günümüzde teknolojik değişim ve gelişimlerin temelinde tüketici psikolojisi ve tüketim davranışı da değişmektedir. Bu ders pazarlama alanında önemli bir alt alan olan tüketim davranışının temel kavramlarını, teorilerini, ilke ve stratejilerini öğretmeyi amaçlamaktadır.
