To present all stages of academic research, starting with the selection of the topic, together with all applicable formal, substantive, and ethical rules, and to prepare students for the process of writing a master’s thesis by having them complete a research paper as a practical exercise.
Topic selection, literature and source research, citation methods and formatting rules, ethical principles, formulation of a research question and development of a plan structured around it, oral presentation on the selected topic, and writing of an academic research article
Ability to formulate a legal research question, develop a structured outline, apply appropriate research methods and techniques, and deliver a presentation and write an academic article in accordance with formal and ethical rules.
Presentation by the instructor of the formal and methodological principles of academic writing, followed by an assessment of their practical application through concrete examples drawn from student presentations.
