Objective

Overview of the long-term socio-economic evolution of societies.

Course Content

Study of the main facts of economic history from the Neolithic Revolution to the end of the 20th century.

Course Learning Outcomes

Knowledge of the long-term evolution of living conditions, their geographical and temporal diversity, and their interaction with institutional factors.
