At the end of this course, the student:
- Will be able to determine the limits of the freedom of
expression in the lights of the jurisprudence of the
universal and regional human rights mechanisms.
- Will have a detailed knowledge of the legal regulations
in the field of written press, audiovisual media and
internet.
Comparaison of the international conventions and domectic law ans analyse of decisions concerning the subjekts.
