Objective The objective is to give in depth knowledge about patent law, and general knowledge about design law and utility model.
Content Patent law, utility model, industrial design.
Course Learning Outcomes As the Turkish intellectual and insdustrial property is transposed from the European Union law, the students will have knowledge about Turkish and European patent law and industrial property in general.
