Objective

Objective of the course is to study the general principals of the law of advocacy and the articles of the code of advocacy.

Juridical aspect of relation between lawyer and his client
Attorney’s fees
Competences of lawyer
Obligation of loyalty of the lawyer
Obligation of the lawyer to execute carefully his act
Obligation of the lawyer to give some advice to his client
Obligation of the lawyer to hide some secrets of his client
Obligation of the lawyer to return the documents of process
Place and importance of the lawyer in civil procedure
Interdiction of publicity in the profession of advocacy
Juridical responsibility of the lawyer
Criminal responsibility of the lawyer
