Objective The course objective is to demonstrate the important role played by the European Constitutional Courts in contemporary political systems and reflect the mutation of democracy after their creations.

Course Learning Outcomes The students, following this course, must learn the concept of constitutional justice, the stages of the birth of the European constitutional courts, their structure and their functions.

1 Recognizing fundamental legal concepts, defining, interpreting and using them.
2 Recognizing fundamental disciplines of law and their content, including legislation, case-law and the doctrine in the relevant discipline.
