This course aims to strengthen the capacity of third- and fourth-year Political Science
students to navigate the realities and challenges of post-graduation life. It seeks to
enhance their self-awareness, environmental awareness, and understanding of the
professional world, while helping them build and consolidate positive cognitive
frameworks to integrate into their daily lives.
Young graduates entering the labor market for the first time frequently encounter
adaptation challenges within their institutions, departments, and corporate culture in
general. These challenges are not one-sided: employers, managers, and experienced
colleagues may also face difficulties adapting to newcomers and establishing collective
performance.
This mismatch often fosters mutual feelings of incompetence and dissatisfaction,
reinforces negative stereotypes, and leads to a significant waste of effort and resources
through early resignations or dismissals. Within this framework, this course equips
students with essential knowledge and skills designed to facilitate their professional
integration and personal development in new organizational environments.
