Objective This course aims to clarify the techniques necessary for mastering projects: definitions and identifications of the components of a project, organizational choices, formalizing objectives, risk analysis, project structuring, planning, coordination projects, resource management, communication, progress and closing project. It then deals with the monitoring of funding projects in a multicultural environment and explains the main operating mechanisms and control.
Content General Project management technics and tools
Course Learning Outcomes The student develops:

1. technical and interpersonal skills of project management,

2. knowledge on the preparation and organization of a project, the project cycle, planning, resource utilization, risk anticipation, communication before, during and after the project,

3. knowledge on the use of appropriate tools,

4. knowledge and skills on how to write a feasibility report on a project financing
