Content Differences between administrative contract and private law contracts of public administration, legal regime of administrative contracts, concessions agreements, build-operate-transfer contracts, privatization contracts, public-private partnerships, contracts on the use of public property, public procurement procedure and public procurement contracts, contracts within the framework of urban transformation legislation, civil servant contracts, settlement of disputes that public administration is party to
