Objective This course aims to introduce International Relations students into the growing research area of international migration.
Content
Course Learning Outcomes 1) Evaluate contemporary migrations and the general trends in international migration
2) Compare diverse theories of migration
3) Assess labor migration to Europe in the aftermath of Second World War
4) Evaluate the international refugee protection regime
5) Analyze the transformation of the EU's migration policies
6) Evaluate Turkey's migration policy in retrospect
