|Course Learning Outcomes||As the Turkish intellectual and insdustrial property is transposed from the European Union law, the students will have knowledge about Turkish and European intellectual and industrial law.|
|Teaching and Learning Methods||Lecturer explains the content and then give students opportunity to discuss the current issues and jurisdictional decisions.|
