Week 4. Nature of rights and specifically Moral rights of the autor.

Week 5. Copyright of the autor I.

Week 6. Copyright of the autor.

Week 7. Protection of copyright.

Week 8. Infringement and defences.

Week 9. Exploitation and use of copyright

Week 10. Limits on exploitation

Week 11. Professional organizations.

Week 12. Related rights, performers rights.

Week 13. Related rigts.

Week 14. Cumulative protection for copyright and works of art.
Course Learning Outcomes As the Turkish intellectual and insdustrial property is transposed from the European Union law, the students will have knowledge about Turkish and European intellectual and industrial law.
Teaching and Learning Methods Lecturer explains the content and then give students opportunity to discuss the current issues and jurisdictional decisions.
