Objective The primary objective of this course is to enable students to acquire knowledge of the fundamental concepts of insurance law.
Content The practice and foundational concepts of insurance law at the level of bachelor's degree.
Course Learning Outcomes - A practical knowledge of the most critical legal sources of insurance law.
- Introduce students to the legal concepts and applications of insurance law to prepare them for postgraduate programs.
Teaching and Learning Methods By following the objective, for the participation of the students and to animate their attentions vis-à-vis the courses, a method based on the different opinions is followed.
