Objective This course aims to prepare students for the study and the processing of legal files (in French labor law with a presentation of the profession of lawyer in France in the first semester, in criminal law in the 2nd semester working on a trial in penal court) by giving them the elements of language, culture and legal knowledge in French law. Videos and case studies are usually used. A particular work in writing and oral defense of pleadings on a criminal case will be realized in the 2nd semester.

Course Learning Outcomes Give the student the necessary lexical and legal knowledge and legal reflexes to be able to expose in writing and orally his legal arguments as a practitioner of French law, labor law and criminal law
