Objective The objective is to present current issues of international labor law, particularly the European Union law and make a comparative analysis.
Content Labour law and social law of the European Union
Development of Turkish labour law in light of the case-law of the Court of Justice of the European Communities
Harmonisation of Turkish labour law on European Union: A comparative analysis
Course Learning Outcomes The students will have a knowledge of international labour law and develop their capacity of comparative analysis.
